1 hospitalized after stabbing in central Fresno, police say

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A person is in the hospital following a stabbing in central Fresno.

It happened before 2 am Wednesday at Abby and Divisadero.

Police say they arrived to find a victim with a stab wound to their upper body.

That victim was taken to Community Regional Medical Center, and their condition is unknown.

Police believe the victim was assaulted. They're working to get witnesses to come forward.
