
FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A 144th Fighter Wing jet suffered an in-flight emergency after it flew over the Clovis Rodeo on Saturday.
A spokesperson for the 144th Fighter Wing says the F15 fighter jet used during the national anthem flyover "experienced a canopy malfunction."
"We are aware of an incident involving one of our aircraft flying in Military training airspace above the Sierra Nevada mountains, during which the aircraft experienced a canopy malfunction," spokesperson Jason Sanchez said in a statement.
The pilot was able to land the aircraft without incident.
No injuries were reported.
