Temperatures expected to approach 110° in Central California next week

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- An AccuWeather Alert will be in place for most of next week for excessive heat in the Valley.

From Wednesday through Sunday next week, temperatures are expected to reach the triple digits and get as high as 109 degrees.

This will be the second heatwave of the year in the Central Valley.
