City of Mendota considers cannabis cultivation center

MENDOTA, Calif. (KFSN) -- At Tuesday's council meeting city leaders will consider approval of a development agreement.

It's all thanks to the passage of Proposition 64, which made the sale of recreational marijuana legal in California as of January 1st.
