Firefighters battle apartment fire in Northeast Fresno, officials say

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Firefighters are currently at the scene of an apartment fire near Sierra and Blackstone avenues in Northeast Fresno, officials confirm.

There are reports of possible fallen power lines in the area.

Black smoke from the fire can be seen from multiple areas across Fresno on Monday evening.

It is unknown how the fire started and if anyone is injured.
