'Suspicious' fire breaks out in a condo in Northeast Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A fire broke out at a condo in Northeast Fresno that is being called "suspicious."

Crews were called out to the Crownpoint Condominiums on Stratford and Saybrook around 1:30 a.m. Monday morning.

Flames were seen on the upper unit balcony as firefighters arrived.

One person was displaced from the flames, and crews quickly put out the fire.

There were no other condos damaged in the building, and resident were able to return to their homes.

An investigation currently is ongoing.
