Fish for free in the city of Fresno on Saturday

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- You can spend your weekend learning ways to catch a big one.

Valley Assemblyman David Tangipa is partnering with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife to put on a free Fishing Clinic for families.

Fishing in the City is happening this Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Fresno's Woodward Park.

Organizers say ponds will be stocked with fish and expert instructors will provide hands-on guidance for all ages.
