Fresno Chaffee Zoo welcomes two baby cubs

FRESNO,Calif. (KFSN) -- The pride of the Fresno Chaffee Zoo is growing again.

The Zoo announced two new members of the family with an adorable video showing two new cubs born to African lioness Zamaya.

The mother lion makes sure her cubs are nice and clean while they cuddle up.

Zoo officials said the cubs were born on the Fourth of July.

This is Zamaya's second litter as she gave birth to two cubs last year.

The Zoo stated they are doing well and will remain behind the scenes until the tiny cubs get their vaccines.

The Zoo will provide updates as we wait for the big public debut.
