Fresno State kicks off library concert series

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno State kicked off its Noontime Concert series on campus Friday.

The Figarden Trio performed for students all afternoon in the library's reading room. The group is made up of Laura Porter, who plays the harp, Larry Gardner on the bassoon and Nancy Wallace on the flute.

Porter is also the principal harpist for the Fresno Philharmonic.

The university has been providing lunch hour concerts for seven seasons.
