How to participate in 'Valentines for Veterans'

CENTRAL VALLEY, Calif. (KFSN) -- A Valley tradition has returned to share the love with local veterans and there's still time for you to take part.

Over the last five years, HandsOn Central California has delivered more than 18,000 cards through its Valentine's for Veterans program.
