MADERA, Calif. (KFSN) -- Families in the Madera Unified School District have some new resources at their fingertips.
On Thursday, the district celebrated the grand opening of its latest Parent Resource Center.
While the kids are in class, the adults also have the opportunity to learn.
The center offers parenting classes, social and emotional learning and skill-building courses.
Parents can also get their GED and take computer literacy and ESL classes.
The goal is to create success for the entire family.
The center is centrally located -- off Cleveland Avenue.
It's open from 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, whenever school is in session.
