Woman rushed, thrown to the ground during purse snatching caught on video in Central Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno police are searching for the man who robbed a woman in broad daylight. A surveillance camera caught the entire incident.

It happened Tuesday in a parking lot near Olive and Fresno Streets. In the video you can see a woman walking to her car not knowing that a man is following close behind her. As she begins setting items in the car the man grabs her purse around her arm and throws her to ground before making off with her belongings.

The woman suffered minor injuries and is expected to be okay.
