EL SEGUNDO, Calif. -- New Orleans Pelicans forward Zion Williamson could be inching closer to a return after missing two games because of a nasty fall he took Sunday.

Williamson (right posterior hip/lower back bruise) did not play against the Dallas Mavericks or Phoenix Suns this week and again will be listed as questionable for the Sunday afternoon tilt with the LA Clippers.

Williamson told ESPN he feels great, and a final decision will be made Sunday on whether he'll play.

"I'm going to wake up tomorrow and see how I'm feeling," Williamson said after the Pelicans' practice. "If I feel great, I'm going to go. If I feel like it's too much soreness or it got worse, then I'm not going to go."

Williamson got one-on-one work in with Pelicans player development coach Corey Brewer after practice, much like he did Thursday in New Orleans before leaving for the team's three-game road trip.

He said he felt "a lot better" Saturday than he did two days prior.

Williamson will continue getting treatment on his sore hip and back throughout the day.

Pelicans coach Willie Green said Herb Jones is also questionable for the Sunday game. Jones has missed the past two contests after hyperextending his right knee.

"They're doing some work with our trainers," Green said. "They'll test it a bit and we'll see where they are at tomorrow."

The Pelicans are also still without Brandon Ingram, who has missed the past two games with a concussion. Ingram did not travel with the team on the road trip.
