Downtown Fresno restaurant Libelula moving to new location due to HSR construction

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The owners of Libelula say they plan on moving from their location in Downtown Fresno very soon.

In an Instagram post on Tuesday, they said it's due to construction for the High-Speed Rail Project on Fresno Street.

The owners say the plan is to remain in downtown Fresno.

No word has been given as to where the new location will be.
