Dozens of Visalia traffic stoplights undergoing upgrades

VISALIA, Calif. (KFSN) -- Work is underway to update traffic lights in Visalia.

City officials said traffic signal controllers at 87 of Visalia's 130 signaled intersections are being upgraded.

The work is set to happen over the next three weeks, and the remaining intersections will be updated at a later time.

Drivers should expect to see some of the stoplights flashing red during this process.
