Waking up to cloud cover this morning but no fog or rain to start the day off. There is a low pressure system to our north which will bring scattered showers by the afternoon and through the evening. Sierra Nevada will also see snow showers today. Temperatures not nearly as cold because of the clouds in the 40s this morning. Fresno will reach a high of 54 today. Saturday and Sunday we will dry out in the mid-50s. Monday a much stronger storm system moves in bringing widespread rain throughout the valley and snow over the mountains. Snow levels are expecting to drop as low as 2000 feet so we are expecting the foothills to see snow. High temperatures will also drop in to the upper 40s Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday we will see another chance of widespread rain and snow.
