Christine Gregory
Christine Gregory is the meteorologist for Action News AM Live.

Before joining the ABC30 Action News Team in October 2023, Christine began her career in broadcast meteorology in Rochester, New York. During her time there, she wore many hats, starting as a digital meteorologist before moving into the weekend meteorologist and MMJ role, where she did both weekend weather and reported on environmental stories during the week.

Born and raised in Syracuse, New York, Christine has always had a fascination with all things science and weather. She studied meteorology at SUNY Oswego, earning her bachelor's degree in meteorology with a minor in communications. Christine also had the opportunity to intern at all three major stations in her hometown during her college years. She even learned a thing or two from a broadcast course with NBC Today's weather anchor Al Roker.

Throughout her career living and working on the East Coast, she has been able to forecast for nearly all types of weather ranging from heat, cold, severe weather, lake effect snow and even occasional wildfire smoke from fires burning in Canada.

When she's not forecasting the weather, she enjoys relaxing at home but also loves going out to local restaurants, hanging out with friends, listening to music, playing songs on the piano and exploring the area she's in. Although she is not a native of Central California, she's excited to learn everything about the weather on the West Coast and to get to know the community!
