FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- People in Stockton are paying tribute to the hostage killed after a violent bank robbery this week.

Friends, family, and even those who never knew Misty Holt-Singh took part in a memorial walk on Saturday. It started at a local church and ended at Bank of the West. That's where a group of robbers took Holt-Singh hostage, along with two other people who later escaped.

The gunman used the mother of two as a human shield, and she was found dead in the back of their car. Two of the bank robbers also died during a shootout with police. A 19-year-old suspect survived and is now in jail.

Investigators are still trying to find the driver of a black sedan seen on video dropping off the robbers.
