Man killed after being shot multiples times in Sanger identified

The man who was killed after being shot multiple times in a Sanger neighborhood Monday night has been identified as 30-year-old Jairo Estrada.

The shooting took place at 4th and O Street on Monday night.

The victim was shot multiple times and died at the scene, police say.

This is the city's first homicide of the year, and officers say it likely involved gangs.

They believe Estrada has gang affiliations.
