The three-in-one high chair to booster converts from a high chair to a toddler booster seat. The seat can fall backwards from the frame if the booster seat release is unlatched.
Fisher-Price has received one report of a child who suffered a skull fracture after falling. The high chairs were sold exclusively at Target stores nationwide starting in December and sold for about $100-dollars.
Consumers should stop using the recalled high chairs immediately and contact fisher-price for instructions and a free repair kit.
