Slow cooker Paella recipe

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Chef Shayna is making it easy for you to cook a traditional Spanish meal.
- 2 cups Long Grain Rice
- 1 14 oz can- diced tomatoes
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup Dry White Wine
- 8 oz package Sausage- Chopped
- 2-4 Chicken Breasts, Cubed
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- 1 TB Salt
- 2 TB Parsley
- 2 TB Garlic, Minced
- 1 TB Paprika
- Mix all ingredients in a slow cooker and set to Low for 5-6 hours.
- Stir throughout if you have a chance. Otherwise, set it and leave it.
Serve with Fresh Lemon wedges and fresh Parsley.
