Freezing weather brings snow to Central California

CHINA PEAK (KFSN) -- China Peak Mountain Resort received at least 16 inches of snow Friday. It's been a long time since the resort has seen such good skiing conditions.

Meantime, Badger Pass in Yosemite National Park now has about 18 to 30 inches of snow in some areas.

All trails are now open and all lifts except for one are open as well. The Red Fox Lift-- considered one of the hardest-- has yet to open.
