FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- It's a health danger that's hard to catch but 100 percent preventable -- lead poisoning.

Fresno County has one of the highest lead levels for kids in the state.

We sat down with Dr. Hailey Nelson, a pediatrician with Valley Children's Healthcare, to chat about safety and prevention.
