Man stabs food delivery person after receiving order

VISALIA (KFSN) -- A Visalia man, 32-year old Brian Hughes, is in the Tulare County Jail accused of attacking a food delivery person with a knife.

Visalia police say the attack happened just after 11 p.m. on Sunday in the area of School Street and Linwood.

The victim was cut on the left arm by Hughes after he said Hughes became upset about his delivery order.

The victim's injury was not serious and he refused medical attention.
