Making ice cream at home using ingredients that will make your family happy and keep them healthy.

Coffee "Nice" Cream

Ingredients

• 2 frozen Bananas
• 2 TB Cacao nibs or Chocolate chips
• 2 Tb Cacao or cocoa powder
• 3 TB Coffee
• 1 TB Sweetener (pure Maple syrup or agave)

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well combined and banana is blended.


2. Chill in freezer until ready to serve.


3. If frozen, allow to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes prior to serving.

Strawberry "Nice" Cream

Ingredients

• 3 frozen bananas
• 2 cup sliced strawberries
• 1 TB Sugar
• 3 TB of sweetener (Agave, pure maple syrup, sugar)

Directions

• Slice strawberries and place in a medium bowl. Sprinkle on 1 TB sugar and allow to soak.


• Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor.


• Pulse until well combined.


• Serve immediately.
