CCSPCA holding training class for animal foster parent hopefuls

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The CCSPCA is having an orientation and training class for people who wish to become foster parents of the animals rescued from Noah's Friends Animal Sanctuary in Orange Cove. Most of these animals need special care such as administering medication, socialization, and some extra TLC.

The CCSPCA are offering two orientation classes this week: Wednesday, September 14, 2016, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday, September 17, 2016, from 9 to 10 a.m. in the Education Center.
