Porterville man arrested for lewd acts upon child

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A Porterville man is in custody, facing charges of lewd acts upon a child under the age of 14.

Tulare County sheriff's deputies say 20-year-old Luis Bernal committed the crimes between 2015 and 2017.

Earlier this month, detectives learned of the incident and took him into custody. The relationship between the victim and the suspect has not been released.
