16-year-old suspect arrested in connection to the stabbing of a 13-year-old, police say

CENTRAL FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A 16-year-old suspect has been arrested in connection with the stabbing of a 13-year-old boy on Thursday, officials say.

The attack happened on Clark Street near Lewis just before 8:30 yesterday morning.

The victim ran from the scene and a neighbor called the police.

The 13-year-old boy remains in the hospital in critical condition.
