Crews complete Shirk Capacity Enhancement Project in Visalia

VISALIA, Calif. (KFSN) -- Northbound and southbound Shirk Street from Hurley to Riggin Avenues is set to reopen in Visalia.

That's after crews completed major construction work on the Shirk Capacity Enhancement Project.

Traffic signals will be fully operational, but minor construction activities will continue on Shirk.

Drivers are asked to keep an eye out for workers and equipment.
