When asked if she'd like to talk to Action News about her claims, she responded saying she's been advised not to.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Day three of the high-stakes transfer hearing of the accused getaway driver in Caleb Quick's murder.
Families from all sides were present inside the courtroom. While the focus is currently on the teen girl, it's the mom of the suspected shooter who is making her voice heard in a since-deleted TikTok.
"The victim is an alleged rapist, and the detective confirmed there are six videos," says the mother of the alleged shooter.
Action News approached her in the courthouse hallway to ask if she'd like to talk with us about her claims. She told Action News she's been advised not to.
The girl's defense team tells Action News they had no intent to bring up any of these allegations against Caleb in the courtroom.
"I had to address those issues, but that is not the point of the transfer hearing. Our focus is on and whether or not she could be rehabilitated," says Sally Vecchiarelli, Defense Attorney.
Caleb's dad pushed back on that notion on Wednesday.
"It was desperation, and they had a lot standing against them, so they were trying to throw anything out there. Allegations with no evidence, really," says Stephen Quick, Caleb's Father.
Inside the courtroom on Thursday, two psychologists from both sides took to the stand.

Each evaluated the accused getaway driver on five criteria to see if she should be tried as an adult.
They only disagreed on one, the gravity of the crime, as the prosecutor's expert found it was worthy of a transfer, as he says there was clearly some intent.
"There seemed to have been conversations and planning, at least to startle and intimidate [Caleb,]" says Dr. Blake Carmichael.
He went on to say, "It was certainly clear to me that there were problems in regard to [the girl] and [Caleb]."
This is as he referenced some alleged sexually related videos involving the girl's friend.
The teen's defense responded to these findings.
"My feeling is we shouldn't have been here in the first place. I don't think that it's a case that should've been filed for transfer based on her conduct, her past and the way that she's responded through this whole process. I think she's up charged," says Vecchiarelli.
Both psychologists ultimately found the girl could be rehabilitated.
The Defense's psychologist, Dr. Lisa Kalich said, "even without any treatment, [the teen] poses low risk for violence."
But after repeated questions by the prosecutor, she eventually agreed there could be "a possibility."
This hearing will continue on Friday, but the defense tells Action News they don't expect a decision from the judge until next week.
