New Clovis gated community unveiled in partnership with David Carr

CLOVIS, Calif. (KFSN) -- A new gated community has officially been unveiled in Clovis.

A model home grand opening was held for Traditions at Heritage Grove, located on Cherry Lane near Minnewawa Avenue.

It has its own amenity center and pickleball court.

This building project is a partnership between Bonadelle Neighborhoods and former Bulldog and NFL quarterback David Carr.

"The reason I partner with Bonadelle and the reason that I try to promote these types of groups, these types of businesses is because I believe in what they're doing," he said. "I believe in this area. I want it to grow."
