Puppy rescued after getting stuck in tire rim in Fresno County

FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno County firefighters helped to get a puppy out of a 'wheel of misfortune.'

This morning, firefighters received a call from a property owner near Lincoln and Cornelia.

After they found a puppy with its head caught in a wheel.
