FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- Power has been restored for hundreds following a crash involving semi-trucks in Fresno County.

It happened just after 2:30 am at the intersection of Maple and American avenues.

The California Highway Patrol says the driver of a trailer was going east when they missed a stop sign.

The semi-trucks crashed into a power pole because of the impact.

A live wire on the ground started a small brush fire.

About 300 customers were without power, but it has since been restored for nearly all.

Both drivers had minor injuries. One of them was taken to Community Regional Medical Center.

Drivers should expect slowdowns in the area as the cleanup continues.
