Suspicious death investigation underway in Sanger, police say

SANGER, Calif. (KFSN) -- The Sanger Police Department is investigating a suspicious death after the body of a 44-year-old man was found inside a parked car in Sanger on Saturday morning.

Officers responded to the Town House Motel parking lot on Church Avenue shortly before 9:00 a.m.

The man was found unresponsive.

Emergency personnel pronounced the man dead at the scene.

The Fresno County Sheriff's Office is helping with the investigation since it's a suspicious death.

Investigators do not believe there was foul play, and the investigation remains ongoing.

No suspect information has been released at this time.
