BOSTON -- Elation, exhaustion and triumph. A Boston Marathon survivor collapsed in triumph after finishing the event at which she lost a limb two years ago.

Rebekah Gregory of Katy ran in the Boston Marathon with a prosthetic leg. After she finished, she posted this Instagram, "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. -- 2 Timothy 4:7"

Earlier this month, ABC talked to Rebekah about the verdict in the Dzhokhar Tsarnaev trial. He was found guilty on on 30 counts in the marathon bombing.

"I have nightmares every night that someone is trying to kill me so it's very much a part of me still, and I know it's always going to be there," said Gregory back then.

But Monday wasn't about Tzarnaev. It was about a woman's resiliency and the return to normalcy, as Rebekah mentioned on Facebook before the race, posting, 'This is the day....I take my life back.'

Tsarnaev's sentencing phase gets underway this week.
