City of Fresno launches 'FresGO' app
The City of Fresno launched a new tool on Tuesday that allows citizens to connect with city hall with a tap of a finger.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The City of Fresno launched a new tool on Tuesday that allows citizens to connect with city hall with a tap of a finger.

The new mobile app called "FresGO" is part of the city's efforts to improve customer communications and service delivery. "FresGO" is a one-stop shop that allows you to report city issues and place service requests in all departments -- such as broken sprinklers, potholes, or graffiti. You can then track your request and receive updates from the city in real time.

"You see the problem, you point, you click, you submit the item, you'll immediately get an email that indicates your tracking number and then you can track that service request item and make sure it's completed," said Ashley Swearengin, Fresno Mayor.

The new app is available now. It's free to download and supports several languages.
