62-year-old shot several times after interrupting attempted burglary in Visalia

VISALIA, Calif. (KFSN) -- A man is in critical condition after being hit by multiple gunshots in Visalia. It happened around 10:30 Monday night on Hughes and Park.

Police said the shooting may have been the result of an interrupted burglary attempt.

A 62-year-old man was shot several times. He was taken to Kaweah Delta Medical Center.
