Lines stretched around the block outside the Rainbow Ballroom in Downtown Fresno hours before the show started.
Fans paid $37.00 to see the hip hop star's performance. At 1:00 a.m. when Snoop still wasn't on stage, crowds began booing, throwing things on stage, and leaving. Snoop didn't take the stage until 1:23 a.m.
"I was about to leave, I was gonna get my money back but there was nobody to talk to about it," said Julie Rizzo. But he finally showed up at like 1:30, he was on for like 45 minutes, it was ridiculous."
The promotions company in charge of this concert did not return calls to Action News for comment. City of Fresno officials say Level Ten Productions does not have a valid business permit.
Action News tweeted the hip hop artist about his late arrival and he did not respond.
