California library cardholders can check out free passes to state parks

FRESNO, Calif. -- California State Libraries are offering more than just books for you to check out.

A new partnership between the First Partner's Office and California State Parks provides free day-use vehicle passes to libraries across the state.

The passes are good for entry to over 200 participating state parks.

You can stop by your local library to check out a pass. Both library cards and the park passes are free.
