Joseph Castro encourages Bullard Talent students to dream big

FRESNO, Calif. -- Fresno State President Joseph Castro went to Bullard Talent School on Friday to inspire kids to dream big.

The school held its "Dream Big" ceremony and parade on campus. The classes came up with different themes and showed their spirit as part of the event. The event aims at getting students to believe in their abilities and pursue excellence.

Doctor Castro was the guest speaker at the ceremony, which also included a performance by the school choir.
