- Can of black beans
- Cans of black eyed peas or pinto beans
- Can of diced tomatoes -- but remove some juice
- Chopped bell pepper
- Add a couple green onions and diced onions.
- Chopped celery
- Diced peppers
- Fresh cilantro
Dressing
- Oil
- red wine vinegar
- Spices
