Wine and Chocolate Weekend on the Madera Wine Trail

MADERA COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- Valentine's Day is just a few days away, and if you're looking for something fun to do, local winemakers are offering a getaway here at home.

At this weekend's wine and chocolate weekend put on by the Madera Vintners Association's Family Wineries, you can taste a wide variety of local wines on the Madera Wine Trail.

The Wine and Chocolate Weekend is February 14 through 15, 2015 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Enjoy wine tasting at each participating winery, chocolate sampling, live music, delicious food and gift shopping!

Participating wineries include: Birdstone Winery, Chateau Lasgoity, Fasi Estate Winery, Ficklin Vineyards, Idle Hour Winery, Papagni Wines, Quady Winery, Toca Madera Winery, San Joaquin Wine Company, Sumner Peck Ranch Winery, Westbrook Wine Farm.

Tickets are $25 online or $30 the day of the event.
