FRESNO, California (KFSN) -- The United States Geological Survey (USGS) is reporting a 3.9 magnitude earthquake struck about 7 miles southwest of Paso Robles and 13 miles north of Morro Bay around 4 a.m. on Wednesday.
Several hundred people along the central coast reported feeling the earthquake to the USGS. It was felt as far away as the Salinas area.
