Reedley resident brings 'sharing shack' to community

REEDLEY, Calif. (KFSN) -- A Reedley resident has introduced a fun way to spread kindness in the community.

You may have heard of trinket trading boxes trending online.

Well, this is a "sharing shack."

It's a similar concept -- you can exchange one of your unwanted items for an item in the shack.

The owner says even if you don't have anything to contribute to the shack, you're welcome to take a freebie.

There are croc charms, mugs, books and other small toys.

The sharing shack can be found on Herbert between Reed and Frankwood Avenues in Reedley.
