Saint Agnes, Madera Community hospitals exploring potential affiliation

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Two local hospitals are looking to serve the community together.

Saint Agnes Medical Center in northeast Fresnos and Madera Community Hospital entered into a non-binding Letter of Intent to explore a potential affiliation.

The letter says there are several steps before a final agreement can be reached.

It could take up to several months.

The two hospitals say as their discussions continue, they look forward to sharing more information.
