Two arrested in Portland for Fresno murder

FRESNO, Calif. Officers arrested 27-year-old Sylvia Perez and 26-year-old Ralph Navarro, Monday in Portland. They're accused of killing 37-year-old Fermin Guzman in February.

Guzman's body was found in an alley in Central Fresno. He had been shot in the head.

Fresno Police received information the couple were in Oregon. The U.S. Marshals service tracked their location and moved in.

Perez and Navarro are now being held in a county jail in Oregon.
