Fresno Police make arrest after chase and crash

Officers arrested 27-year-old Joseph Flores after searching the neighborhood at San Benito and "E" streets for more than an hour.

Investigators believe he threatened a nearby convenience store clerk, then refused to pull over for a CHP officer.

That's when the chase began. The suspect was caught after he crashed his car.

Two nearby schools were locked down while police searched for the suspect.
