Riverside County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 37-year-old /*David Gibson*/ on Wednesday.
He's accused of sexually assaulting a four - or - five-year-old victim several years ago, when Gibson was living in Porterville.
He was arrested at his home in Hemet, and taken back to Tulare County, where he's being held on $350 thousand bail.
