Crews battling wildfire in Tulare County

TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- Firefighters are tackling a fast spreading wildfire in the Tulare County mountains.

It sparked just before 3:30 am Monday on Yokohl Valley Drive near Lewis Creek, northwest of Springville.

A PG&E camera captured the first flames and then smoke coming from the so-called Campbell Fire.

According to CAL FIRE, It's already scorched 300 acres.

It's 15 percent contained.

The cause is under investigation.
