FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A big rig's trailer, that contained base dirt for a construction project near Betty Drive, turned over the construction barrier, blocking the northbound lanes of Highway 99 in Goshen.
The highway has since re-opened.
Three other vehicles crashed because of the spill. Two people suffered minor injuries.
